Watermelon Cantaloupe Salsa with Fresh Jalapenos

I just wanted to share a quick post on something that is sure to enter the summer recipe rotation because it's so darn good. My friend Laura shared this with her mother-in-law, Kay, who then in turn shared it with me, and now, I'm sharing it with you! It's easy and delish and will be your new go-to with corn chips or even served over grilled meat!

Watermelon Cantaloupe Salsa with Fresh Jalapenos

4 cups diced watermelon, diced
3 cups ripe cantaloupe, diced
juice of one lime or lemon
fresh cilantro, chopped
2 fresh jalapenos, chopped small
a sprinkling of kosher salt
1/4 purple onion, diced (optional)

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
