Salad for Breakfast -January 14, 2011

In my efforts to work Momofuku's Ginger Scallion Sauce into as many forkfulls as possible, I made it the centerpiece of today's salad for breakfast.

This is simply steamed brown rice (done ahead of time), half an avocado, a scoop of the ginger scallion sauce and a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds. Oh, and a couple slivers of red pepper for crunch and color.

Clean, complete and fast.
