Raw Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies with Smoked Sea Salt


This recipe of like making your favorite cookie dough and eating it before you bake it...in all the best ways. It's super healthy, totally yummy and just the right snack for that mid afternoon energy boost your body craves. 

We can bring you the almond flour, peanut butter, medjool dates, whole almonds and smoked sea salt for this recipe. All you need is the vanilla!

1 cup of almond flour

1/2 cup of peanut butter 

1 cup pitted medjool dates

1 1/4 teaspoons of vanilla extract

some whole almonds, toasted for garnish...totally optional

smoked sea salt to garnish (try ours from JQ Dickenson)

Combine almond flour, peanut butter, dates and vanilla in a food processor and blend until a dough-like texture is achieved.

Form into small balls and use a fork to press down and create a crisscross pattern.

Sprinkle with smoked sea salt and press a whole almond into the center (if you're feeling fancy)
